READY TO LAUNCH PARTNER PROGRAMME - TERMS & CONDITIONS

Last updated: August 2026

These Terms govern participation in the Ready To Launch Partner Programme (“Programme”). By creating a Partner account and accepting these Terms, you agree to the conditions below.

1. The Programme

The Programme allows approved partners to refer clients to Ready To Launch (“RTL”) using a unique referral link or other tracking method provided by RTL.

Participation is free and does not require any minimum number of referrals.

Partners act independently and are not employees, agents or representatives of RTL.

2. Commission

The standard Partner commission is 15% of the eligible net purchase value of an RTL order attributed to the Partner.

Commission is calculated after discounts and excludes VAT or other sales taxes, refunds, cancellations, chargebacks and other amounts not ultimately received by RTL.

Different commission arrangements may apply where separately agreed in writing between RTL and the Partner.

3. Referral tracking

Partners receive a unique referral link.

A referral is normally attributed to the Partner for 90 days after a prospective client visits RTL through that link, subject to successful tracking by the affiliate system.

If a customer is referred by more than one Partner, attribution recorded by RTL's affiliate tracking system will normally determine which Partner receives the commission.

Partners must not make purchases through their own referral links for the purpose of earning commission.

4. Payments

Commission becomes eligible for payment 30 days after the relevant purchase, provided that the order has not been cancelled, refunded or charged back.

Eligible commissions are reviewed and paid monthly using a payment method supported by RTL.

Partners are responsible for providing accurate payment and, where required, invoicing or tax information.

Each Partner is responsible for its own applicable taxes, reporting and accounting obligations.

5. Recommending RTL

Partners may share their referral link directly with clients and may include RTL in relevant client resources, proposals, websites or communications.

Partners must:

  • describe RTL and its services accurately;
  • not make promises, guarantees or commitments on behalf of RTL;
  • not present themselves as employees or legal representatives of RTL;
  • comply with applicable advertising, disclosure and other laws when promoting RTL.

Where legally required, the Partner must clearly disclose that it may receive a commission from referrals.

6. RTL brand and materials

Partners may use RTL-approved descriptions, images, logos and promotional materials solely for the purpose of referring prospective clients to RTL.

RTL retains ownership of its trademarks, branding, designs and other intellectual property.

Partners may not materially alter RTL materials or use the RTL name in a misleading manner without permission.

7. Client relationship

Clients referred to RTL contract directly with RTL for RTL services.

RTL remains responsible for its own services, pricing and client relationship. The Partner remains responsible for its own products and services.

Participation in the Programme does not create exclusivity between RTL and the Partner unless separately agreed in writing.

8. Programme changes and termination

Either party may end participation in the Programme at any time.

RTL may suspend or terminate a Partner account in cases of fraud, misuse, misleading promotion, violation of these Terms or conduct that may materially harm RTL or its clients.

Valid commissions earned before termination remain payable, subject to these Terms.

RTL may update the Programme, including commission rates or operating rules. Partners will be notified of material changes before they take effect.

9. Liability

Each party is responsible for its own business activities and obligations.

To the extent permitted by law, RTL will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in the Programme.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland.

Any disputes relating to the Programme will be subject to the competent courts in Poland, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
