How does the programme work?

You create a free Partner account and receive a unique referral link. Share that link with clients who may need branding and packaging. If they purchase an eligible RTL project, you earn commission.

How much do we earn?

Standard Partner commission is 15% of the full RTL project value.

For example:
$600 project = $90 commission
$950 project = $142.50 commission

How long is a referral tracked?

A client is tracked for 90 days after first clicking your referral link. If they purchase during that period, the sale can be credited to your account.

When do we get paid?

Commissions are reviewed monthly. Once your approved balance reaches $50, payment is made using your selected payout method.

Is there a cost to join?

No. The programme is free to join, with no membership fees, minimum referral targets or ongoing commitment.

Do we have to manage the client's RTL project?

No. Once you make the introduction, RTL works directly with the client and handles the branding and packaging project.

What should we tell our clients?

You can simply say:

“If you still need branding and packaging, we recommend Ready To Launch. They have a catalogue of pre-designed options that can be adapted to your product, usually faster and more affordably than a fully custom branding project.”

Does the client know we receive a referral commission?

Your company name may appear in the referral link so RTL can track the introduction. RTL does not disclose your commission rate or other private commercial terms to the client.

What if the client does not buy immediately?

That is fine. The referral remains tracked for 90 days, giving the client time to browse the catalogue and decide.

What if the client cancels or receives a refund?

Cancelled, refunded or charged-back purchases are not eligible for commission.

Can we use RTL only occasionally?

Yes. You can share your referral link only when it feels relevant. There are no referral targets or requirements.

Can we discuss a different partnership?

Yes. For selected labs and product-development partners who want to recommend RTL more regularly, we can discuss higher commission rates of 25%+, custom terms or white-label / branded partnership options.
