POV: This is your brand

Rootine is a strong Brand Match™ for wellness, lifestyle and premium consumer products that want to turn an ordinary routine into something more considered.

Deep greens, vivid blue accents, decorative illustration and layered packaging details create a brand world that feels rich, memorable and gift-like.

The brand is expressive without becoming childish, premium without feeling overly formal, and sensory without relying on predictable spa minimalism.

Rootine works beautifully for wellness powders, supplements, functional drinks, coffee, tea, spa products, bath rituals, gift sets and other premium FMCG products designed to become part of someone’s daily life.

Inside the Rootine visual system

Decorative illustrated world

Dense, detailed illustration gives the brand a distinctive identity and creates plenty of visual material for packaging, social content and seasonal launches.

Rich, recognisable colour palette

Deep green and electric blue create strong shelf presence while still feeling premium, grounded and relevant to wellness.

Gift-like presentation

Layered boxes, ribbons and structured packaging make even everyday products feel special enough to give, collect or display.

Built around ritual

The visual world naturally supports products connected to mornings, evenings, recovery, self-care, hospitality and repeat daily use.

Flexible across categories

The system can extend across pouches, sachets, cartons, bottles, jars, gift sets and spa products without losing its recognisable character.

A senior designer personally fits every Brand Match™

Ready To Launch was created by BICE, a specialist brand and packaging studio founded by Maria Nowicka, to make the experience of finding and launching a serious brand feel more curated, personal and beautifully handled.

Maria combines packaging engineering, print-production knowledge and senior brand direction. She develops the Creative Bases and personally oversees how each selected concept is fitted to your name, products, packaging and supplier files.

You enjoy the discovery - BICE team takes responsibility for the tailoring, technical decisions and final professional files.

How Ready To Launch® works

Questions you may have before getting started

Starting a brand can come with lots of small questions - especially if you have never worked with a designer or manufacturer before.

We have answered the practical, awkward and easy-to-overthink questions below, so you can understand exactly what you are buying and feel comfortable before you begin.

Understanding the service

No. You are not buying a file that you have to edit yourself.

You are choosing a professionally developed creative direction, and a BICE designer personally adapts it to your brand name, products, packaging, dimensions and supplied copy.

The process is easier than fully custom branding, but the design work is still completed for you.

No. A logo is only one small part of what you receive.

Ready-to-Launch includes a wider visual system and packaging direction, so your logo, typography, colours and products look like they belong to one clear brand.

Traditional branding begins with a blank page. A designer may spend weeks exploring different strategies, concepts and visual directions before the final system is chosen.

With Ready-to-Launch, that first stage has already been completed. You choose a direction you can already see and love, so less time is spent exploring ideas that may never be used.

You still receive professional human design work, but the process is shorter and more focused.

It is personalised, but it is not a completely blank-page custom project.

We adapt the Creative Base to your business while keeping the main creative idea and visual personality that made you choose it.

If you want a totally different design direction, several original concepts or a full strategy process, BICE’s custom branding service will be a better fit.

It will keep the same overall visual world, but the practical details will change.

Your final version will use your brand name, product names, packaging formats, copy and product structure. Selected colours and details can also be adjusted where appropriate.

The images show the creative direction- not a promise that every bottle, product name or layout must remain identical.

!!!

Choosing the right Creative Base

Begin with the feeling.

Ask yourself:

  • Can I imagine my products in this visual world?
  • Does it feel appropriate for my audience and price point?
  • Would I feel proud sharing this brand with customers?
  • Do I like the overall character, not only one specific colour or image?

Small details can be adapted. The main creative personality should already feel right.

That is usually fine.

Selected colours can be adjusted while keeping the overall personality of the Creative Base. You can explain any strong preferences in the intake form.

For example, you can tell us that you would like the brand to feel warmer, softer, brighter or less green.

Not as part of the standard Ready-to-Launch service.

Each Creative Base has been designed as one complete visual system. Mixing typography, patterns and layouts from different concepts can weaken the result and turn the project into a more custom design process.

You can contact us before purchasing if you are unsure which direction fits you best.

Look through the full gallery and concept description before purchasing.

If you are deciding between two directions, you can contact us first and briefly explain what you are launching. We can help you understand which option may suit the business better.

Once adaptation work begins, changing to a completely different Creative Base is treated as a new scope and a separate purchase.

AI and DIY questions

!!!

!!!!!!! It can create packaging-looking images, but those images are usually not ready to send to a manufacturer.

A realistic mockup may look finished while still missing:

  • editable vector artwork;

  • correct packaging dimensions;

  • bleed and safety areas;

  • dieline placement;

  • barcode space;

  • legal and regulatory information;

  • colour specifications;

  • spot colours, foils or white ink instructions;

  • separate artwork for every packaging panel;

  • organised files your supplier can work with.

Ready-to-Launch turns the visual direction into a complete, practical design system—not just an attractive picture.

An AI mockup shows what a product might look like.

Print-ready artwork is the flat technical file your manufacturer uses to print the real packaging.

!!! BICE may use modern creative tools where they genuinely help the process, just as designers use 3D software, Adobe tools and rendering technology.

But AI does not replace the designer responsible for your project.

A real BICE designer:

  • reviews your information;

  • makes the creative decisions;

  • adapts the system;

  • checks the hierarchy;

  • prepares the production artwork;

  • responds to your feedback;

  • organises the final files.

You are paying for professional judgment, taste and technical execution—not for an automatically generated result.

Preparing to begin

No.

You do not need a long presentation, formal strategy or professionally written creative brief.

We mainly need practical information about what you are selling, who it is for, what packaging you plan to use and what information needs to appear on it.

No.

The Creative Base already acts as the main visual direction. That is one of the reasons the process is easier.

That is completely normal.

You do not need to use design terms or explain exactly how something should be changed. You can tell us simple things such as:

  • “This feels too dark.”
  • “Can the product name stand out more?”
  • “I prefer the first version.”

A senior designer translates that reaction into a practical design decision.

Yes, the final brand name is needed to complete the logo adaptation and final files.

You should have the product names and basic product structure ready before final artwork is prepared.

If you are still deciding between small wording variations, mention that in the intake form. Larger naming or product-architecture work may require additional support.

Final packaging artwork requires final copy.

This includes information such as:

  • product name;
  • product type;
  • size or volume;
  • directions;
  • ingredient information;
  • warnings;
  • manufacturer or distributor details;
  • legally required symbols and information.

RTL Team arranges the copy professionally within the design, but the standard service does not write or legally approve it for you.

Packaging and manufacturing

Ideally, yes.

We need to know which packaging formats the design will be adapted to. You do not necessarily need to have physical samples in your hands, but you should know what you plan to use.

If you are still choosing between packaging options, contact us before purchasing.

A dieline is the technical flat template supplied by your packaging manufacturer.

It shows the exact size and shape of the label, carton, tube or other printable area. We use it to place the design correctly and prepare the final production artwork.

You do not need to create the dieline yourself. Your supplier should provide it.

!!!!

Packaging sourcing is not included in the standard Ready-to-Launch price.

You are welcome to ask about additional sourcing or supplier-support services. Availability depends on the packaging type and project location.

!!! Print-ready means the final artwork is prepared on the supplier’s approved technical template, with the correct layout and production setup for handoff.

Your manufacturer should still provide a final proof and confirm that the artwork meets its own production requirements before printing.

Always review physical or digital production proofs carefully.

Usually, yes.

The mockups demonstrate the brand world. The design can be adapted to other suitable packaging formats, provided they support the overall concept and you supply the correct technical dimensions.

Very unusual structures or major format changes may require an additional quote.

Products and SKUs

One SKU means one individual product version with its own packaging artwork.

For example:

  • Serum 30 ml = one SKU
  • Cream 50 ml = one SKU
  • Mask, 50 ml = one SKU

The same product in a different size, scent, shade or formula may count as an additional SKU when it requires separate artwork.

That is possible.

Additional products can be added later as SKU extensions, using the same established brand system. They will be quoted according to the scope and current extension pricing.

Yes.

The design process

Your Creative Base and adaptation are handled by BICE’s experienced brand and packaging design talent (BICE is a creative agency behind Ready To Launch).

A real designer reviews your information, adapts the system and prepares the final artwork based on your feedback.

You will usually receive your first personalised adaptation within 2–3 business days after we have received everything needed to begin.

The timing starts after the completed intake, final supplied copy, product information and necessary packaging details have been received.

If important information is missing, the timeline begins once it is complete.

You will see how the Creative Base has been adapted to your brand name, products, selected packaging and supplied information.

The presentation is designed to help you understand the overall result before final production files are prepared.

You have one included revision round to explain what does not feel right.

The first adaptation is based on the Creative Base you selected and the information you provided. We can refine the details, hierarchy, selected colours and practical application within that direction.

If the feedback requires replacing the entire visual concept, that would move beyond the Ready-to-Launch scope.

One revision round means one clear, consolidated list of changes sent after you review the first adaptation.

For example:

  • adjust one of the colours;
  • make the product name more prominent;
  • correct supplied copy;
  • refine the logo spacing;
  • make a layout feel softer or more clinical.

It does not mean only one tiny change. You can include several related comments in the same organised feedback round.

You do not need to annotate every pixel or tell us exactly what design solution to use.

Simply explain what you notice and how it makes you feel. Our team will turn that into professional design adjustments.

We may also ask a short follow-up question when something needs clarification.

!!!

Pricing and payment

The 30% payment allows BICE to reserve the project and begin adapting the Creative Base for you.

It also means you do not have to pay the entire project amount before seeing your personalised result.

The deposit is part of the full price - not an extra charge.

The remaining 70% is paid at the final stage, once you have reviewed your personalised design and used the included revision.

After the balance is paid, BICE prepares and releases the agreed final files.

You can review the customised presentation, but final print-ready, editable and high-resolution brand files are only released after the full project price has been paid.

The work remains the property of RTL Team until payment is complete.
